Ruth's Chris is what I'd like, but there isn't one in OKC. I'm in Fayetteville, AR and we have a Ruth's Chris in Rogers, but we'll have to be in OKC.

Coach House.....or maybe the new restaurant atop the Devon Tower, meal with a VIEW
Vast is the place at the top of the Devon tower. My wife and I had our anniversary there a couple of weeks ago. The view is great, the atmosphere is great, and the food is pretty good. It's not great, but good. You pay for the atmosphere and view.
It costs us 210 for adult beverages for two, an appetizer, 2 entries, and two deserts.
It was a good experience. If you want an unique dining experience, I can recommend it. If you want a good meal, I would recommend someplace else. We're fans of Red Rock Canyon on the lake (it's a good dining experience). If you like Italian, you can try Roccoco in North Park. Both of them have good food.
