Why? One has to ask why someone would do this. Whether he did it before, was abused as a child, has mental deficits, or any other reason ist good enough. There is no excuse, what did an innocent puppy do that would cause this guy to savagely beat and stomp it?
I hope the authorities catch him and put him in close contact with other inmates. They'd love to have a puppy, it makes them change from a rough guy to a gentle person.

I hope the other inmates treat him like he treated that dog. He deserves nothing less.

The penalties for cruelty to animals is pitifully small. Everyone should call the OKC FBI office and beg them to jam this POS up on AFCF, cause that's 5 years in Club Fed!
I don't know why the hate. In Asia, they have Pick-A-Pup cafes.
