Being someone with a big belly I try to sit at a table myself because it's more comfortable. Being less than 6' I usually don't have an issue of knocking my knees on any booth legs, which is what the lawsuit is about. I'm not agreeing with this guy but...what does being overweight have to do with knocking your knees on the booth legs? Does he have some weird condition that causes his knees to have extra fat on them? I guarantee that if you just looked at my knees you couldn't tell I had a big, fat belly.
