I got jerked around by a website during this past holidays. It took about a week, 4 or 5 separate phone calls, and placing the order 3 times to finally get the order going.

Now I'm starting to get ticked at freakin' FedEx. They have had the package since the 7th and it hasn't even shipped from the state yet!

Of the two things i have ordered from them, one was shipped right away and the other i called first to make sure the item was what i wanted and that it was in stock. They said it was and i received it a few days later.

I love OP. I check them if I am buying something they carry before anywhere else. Hardly anywhere beats their prices.

I've probably ordered half a dozen times, never a problem and fast shipping.

Nov 20, 2013 - order safari land holster that shows in stock
same day I get email stating no available estimate.
Nov 21 - I email and get a reply it should be 10 days.
Dec 11 - no emails, no word, ho holster

Yeah they dont show whats in stock and whats not. That is their downfall.

I got the run around for a month on a eotech zombie stopper they finally shipped it 34 days after i ordered it and i havent bought from them again

Update:

Sent email requesting ETA on items ordered, with a secondary request to cancel my order if there was no ETA.

Got an email back stating my order was cancelled. Guess I got my wish.

Vote of no confidence.

I am glad you guys post about stuff like this. Id rather give my money to someone that treats their customers right and pay more than save money and deal with that non sense.

I've had good luck. I just received a vortex scope and pepr mount 7 business days after ordering.

I like the free shipping and the fact that I can live chat or call them to negotiate on a price.
