Pheasant hunt?

The guys at work are trying to put a hunt together this year.

Anyone have any direct experience with any property that offers the opportunity for some simple self-guided pheasant hunting and a place to crash/eat?

Not looking for a high dollar canned hunt experience...but a place that offers use of the land, free run of that land (within limits) and a bunkhouse for a group of folks?

I had found a place last year, named Pheasants Unlimited, or something to that effect, that fit that bill but can't seem to locate them on the web anymore.

Not sure if they offer everything you are wanting but you might give them a call. They offer Quail, Pheasant, and Chukar hunting. You can bring your own dogs or use theirs and they have cabins. They are on the west side of Tecumseh.

I checked them out before...looking for something more free range and natural...not stocked/canned. There's got to be something out there....
