I have a good problem, every powder I have tried in my savage 22-250 1:9 has come up with a group that is around 1in -3/4 in at 200yrds using 69gr smk
What would be the best choice to keep & use as the go to load, fastest or most economical, I have tried about 6 or 8 dif powders with all the same results, & have a couple left to try. Most shoot to the same point of aim or close except 2 are 4 in higher imr 4064 I think is one that is higher but also faster in this rifle, Oh the decisions:anyone::anyone:

Once a acceptable load is found I usually go for most economical.
But that's a personal preference for me because I originally only got into reloading to save $'s.
Old habits are hard to kick......

If it is a hunting and plinking gun, I'd use two loads, a faster load and a cheap load. It would require re-zeroing possibly, but if you shoot a lot between hunting sessions could be worth it.
