Today, the plaintiffs in the Mock v. Garland arm brace case were granted a preliminary injunction. Now, this is just the plaintiffs that got the PI, but hopefully a nationwide PI will follow. Stay tuned.

Only if resident's of a couple of states or GOA or FPC members. The injunctions did not cover all Pistol Brace owners.

Given how politically driven and capricious the ATF has become, no one trusts them to abide with the injunction and not do anything that could come back to bite brace owners squarely in the butt. It’ll take a SCOTUS smack-down, and even then, we can rely on the idiots in DC to come up with a workaround. Much like the NY state legislature and their constant machinations to circumvent the Bruen decision.

Im up in Michigan working and I find them all the time. Like most firearm related items I can get in the northern part of the US and not in the southern part. A lot of firearms lovers but not as many people buying.

Thankfully, most Oklahoma sheriffs have come out saying they will not enforce the brace rule.
