My wife was accepted to Grad school, received eligibility to apply for graduation for her Bachelors degree and had a highly sought after treatment center seek her out and ask her to intern with them - all in the same day!

Had a wonderful short trip with my wife. Later this month, I am presenting at a national conference. I will test for my brown belt in early October. Our martial arts school is slowly growing. Life is good.

Lost 46lbs since July 25th. Won the biggest looser contest at my office. Got some extra gun money and I feel great!

Grandson had first football game last night. 9th grade, wide receiver and defensive end and special teams. They won 48 - 14. HS coach asked him to suit up Fri night with the Varsity. He hasn't stopped grinning.
