Stillwater generates their own but has a feed from GRDA heading east off 51. There is a point there where both can go out from something as simple as squirrels.. True story. I worked at the power plant as a slave while going to OSU.
I was trying to drive through Perry on I-35 around 4:00 pm when the storm hit. Several others and I pulled over on the shoulder because the rain was so heavy you couldn't see anything.
That's a good thing. Oklahoma needs the rain.
