Question about Omaha Outdoors

I have a firearm added to my cart to ship to a FFL on the Omaha Outdoors website. It doesn’t show any tax to be charged. Only the price of the gun + optional shipping insurance. I called Village Tactical today and asked if they collect tax when I pick up the gun from there, and they said all I pay is the FFL transfer fee which is $40. Is this a loophole to not pay taxes on a firearm?

Also while you are answering that question^, which FFL dealer in the OKC metro has the lowest FFL transfer fee?

Some out of state retailers charge tax, others do not. Late time I made a Gun Broker purchase I was not charged tax and I reconciled that when I filed my State Tax Form 511.
