I completed my trust and am ready to fill out all the blanks on the Declaration of Trust and get it notarized but there is one blank that i am not sure on and i feel like a tool for asking but under where it says "assignment of property" and it gets dated and such it reads....
"Executed at _____________________, ___________________, on _____________________,_______________"
Would someone please clarify what goes there. I was assuming the date goes after on. Thanks for any help.
