I reached out to Everyone I had contacted before Christmas again requesting updates and the only one to respond was Kevin Hearn's office. They gave me an update on what had been communicated so far and they also requested an update again from the FBI. The next day they got a response that the pending NICS check had cleared and my Form 1 application was approved the day after.
