While doing the post mortum, where did you shoot her to get a "dropped in her tracks".
I'm pretty inexperienced in the hog shooting arena, as we don't have many in our area.
Quartering shot towards me that took out the heart and half of one of the of the lungs.
All you need now is some frog legs. 
Pecan is an awesome wood. If you can find some cherry wood, that is out of this world too. Gives it a sweeter taste.
Its hard to find any cherry wood down here. I have used it before in the past on the rare occasion I did find it and it is excellent. Everything down here is either hickory or mesquite that people want to cook with though.
