Is there anywhere to shoot around Ponca city Tonkawa or Blackwell area ?
You have a very nice shooting range between Ponca and Tonkawa.
Ponca City Rifle & Pistol club
Two 25 yd pistol bays, two 35 yd pistol bays, a 50 yd and 100 yd covered rifle bay. There is a 300 yd rifle bay under construction. Air conditioned and heated clubhouse.
There are matches open to the public without a membership 3 Saturdays out of the month, and a match on Wednesday evenings in the summer.

I don't believe plinking is allowed on COE or WMA'S.
