OSBI website says TN excepts our license but when I go to their web site our state is not listed

It doesn't need to be. Here's the very first point on the Tennessee reciprocity site:
"Tennessee now recognizes a facially valid handgun permit, firearms permit, weapons permit, or a license issued by another state according to its terms, and will, therefore, authorize the holder of such out-of-state permit or license to carry a handgun only in the state of Tennessee."

Plus, the list that you're looking at there is the list of states that honor TENNESSEE permits.
If you want a list of states that honor Oklahoma, you need to do your research here in Oklahoma.

I disagree. The OK list is advisory only, and there are states that honor OK that are not on the OSBI advisory list, like West Virginia.
You can start at http://www.handgunlaw.us/ and then link to individual state sites, like http://www.wvago.gov/gunrecep.cfm.
States are generally good at telling you who they recognize, not so good at telling you who recognizes them.
accepts or excepts? Those two words could have dramatically different meanings in context of the state's concealed carry law.
Too lazy to go look it up myself...don't plan on going to TN anytime soon
