I'm running a KKM barrel in my Glock 35. Never a problem with any of my reloads running. Some of my brass has certainly been fired in a stock Glock chamber. I use Dillon dies on a Dillon 550B. I do not use any special dies, because I haven't needed to.

My KKM is a drop-in spec barrel; any chance the one you have a gunsmith fit one?

It is quite possible its a match barrel.

It might be gunsmith barrel if you had to remove metal from the hood or foot. If it was short chambered, it might be a gunsmith barrel. I'd consider the drop-in/pre-fit a match barrel, almost as much as a gunsmith fit (not quite though).

I just checked, its the g23d1 which is a drop in.

Strange thing is, last night, I used the bullet puller to dismantle some factory ammo. loaded the brass with lead. chambered.

So, I tried a few pieces of my once fired... chambered.

Loaded to same COL, same exact setup as the 14 rounds that wont chamber check, just minus the powder.
