Crazy 8!7(# goes on a public forum in an attempt to screw up a guy’s livelihood. For once, I find myself tempted not to not take a snide jab at Rijas....

More level-headed than I am!

But they still tried to get me to buy a Polish Hellpup pistol for $1000 when other places were selling them for $300-$400.

I noticed they took their roadside sign down recently.

I took the sign down when the business left my property on January 23, 2014. I will be replacing it with one advertising the ranch.

And the ATF took his records sometimes last week. Rijas Services no longer has a FFL.

If he had not built me a gun that could harm me and upheld his warranty to me I would never have come here for help. He didn't need me to hurt his reputation. I am pretty sure you all know that with out me saying it. He had more than enough time to do the right thing to stay in business.

You might?? Others here may be able to directly quote the ATF rules but I remember somthing about having to "check in/check out" a weapon if the gunsmith had it over night. If the weapon was brought to the smith, fixed and returned in the same calendar day the NICS check, etc. was not necessary. Someone smart help out with the details.

Using the FFL number obtained from https://www.atf.gov/sites/default/files/assets/ffls-2014-february/0214-ffl-list-oklahoma.txt to do a lookup at https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/, the result comes back as invalid.

System was confirmed as working by using 10 FFLs that I knew for certain were valid.
