Rra national match or larue mbt

I have both a Rock River Arms national match trigger and a large mbt haven't tried either one. I'm putting them in a heavy barrel bench 223 Wylde Wilson combat barrel and Wilson combat matched upper/lower and the other in a 458 SOCOM generic upper lower. Which should go where and why. Not interested in any other trigger just seeing what is prefer from these 2
