The wind finally calmed down and I was able to take it out to the range. It really likes the hornady black, just like my gen 1. I think I'm really going to like this rifle and I may end up getting the gen II 308 as well at some point.

Great video as always. My Howa likes the Hornady black also. Fortunately, it likes Tula soft points too. The POI changes just a bit but the groups are acceptable.

Nice video. I have some gift card money and am glad I didn’t get a gen one American. Waiting for the 556 ranch to get in. I already have a lpvo to put on it. The fact it takes at mags is a plus to me.

Pretty descent price for soft point ammo. I don't know if you could even reload for 60cpr. at current primer/powder/bullet prices

Nice, I think I will finally pull the trigger sometime this year on a gen 2 ranch in 300 blk. As well I want a g2 american in 22 arc for sure.

In addition, if you're getting keyholes, the twist rate isn't fast enough for subs.
