So far I am considering IWB

crossbreed supertuck

Kholster Cresent Moon

Are there other good holsters I should add to my research? I want one that would work for conceal and carry and IDPA.

body style 6' 2" 267 and losing weight (slowly but is coming down) so have the sparetire to deal with for awhile.

Belt is already on order went with bullhidebelt

For my SR9C I have:
Crossbreed Supertuck: Link Above
High Noon Split Decision: Link
Thunderwear: Link
and have the High Noon Slide Guard (OWB) on order: Link

I find I wear the Split Decision 90% of the time. Appendix carry, tuckable, comfortable.

I'm 5' 7" 190lbs, little bit of a spare tire.

I was disappointed by the Kholster I bought. Fit and finish left a lot to be desired. Retention wasn't great.

Look at Comp-Tac CTAC & MTAC if you need it quick. If it's not so pressing check out Raven concealment.

Well the MTAC is out, the email response said they are not tooled up yet for the SR9C. They did say they might be ready soon.

Raven Concealment is not producing one for the SR9C yet.

I am down to looking at a crossbreed supertuck or something from highnoon.

I do sweat alot during the summer so I am thinking leather might not be a great idea (smell after a summer of sweat might be really bad).

Maybe horsehide?

Ok so I am down to either a CTAC Kydex Holster, Crossbreed Supertuck, or a KD Thunderbird Defender.

Basically the decision is down to Kydex, leather back with Kydex, or all leather.

Now I am pretty sure that with kydex only I will need a T shirt and/or moleskin on the back.

Leather bothers me a bit, if it gets anything like my shoes, well you know the smell after sweating for it for the summer might not be to good. :bigeye:

So this being my first holster I am looking for some input on material types.

Thanks!
