Great shape. Smoking Fast (425+fps) depending on arrow weight. I ordered it a few years ago when they just had one option for poundage. I believe it's around 160lbs.
These are reverse draw so the poundage is half what a normal crossbow is with the same speed. There is a lot less wear and tear, and you can hand cock it with ease.
I did not order it with the cocking crank handle. It's just quicker and easier to pull it back with the pull cord. It's takes a little muscle, but as long as you're healthy, it should be an issue for you.
