I bought that 95' GTX and we had a blast on it this weekend. Pulls a tube pretty good, but I need the correct rope for it. I got a rope from Walmart that said it was 12 or 14 ft long, but it ended up being half that cause they way its setup with two hooks to the boat and one plastic that goes to the tube. So its really only 6ft cause I cant un loop it.

If 14, yes they will need a course, and you need an additional person as an "Observer" for pulling someone behind any type watercraft, boat or PWC. For PWC, I usually have someone sit behind me facing backwards works well.
I usually use at least 30 foot of tow rope, especially for skiers.
