Posted in classifieds for some 150gr 30-30 but not much out there. Has anyone come across ANY store selling any? Any leads for OKC area would be greatly appreciated!
Shawnee wal-mart had about 16 boxes about 2 days ago.
I saw some at Academy I-240 & Walker this afternoon. I haven't been to every store in town but I would say that they probably have more ammo than just about anybody in the OKC area and certainly about the best prices all things considered.
Shouldn't be all that hard to find.
Not one of the calibers that fly off the shelf.
Keep checking and you'll likely find some soon enough.
Off topic a bit but I just reloaded like 250 rounds of 30-30 with 130gr lead pills and a reduced load of Unique for varmint disspatching.
Fun little round, feels about like a 38spl or mild 357mag rifle round going off. But deadly accurate within range.

Ditto on Wal-Mart ... have picked up some 150gr there (also a few 180gr by accident, if anyone wants to swap).
