Tax Commission used to have an notice form that you could download and fill out too. It is a notice of sale and has all the info on there.

I wouldn't put your sister in it. Transmission doesn't go fwd, only reverse.

Don't forget to keep your license plat. Since July 1, 2019 you need to keep you license plat. A lot of people don't know that now, if they haven't sold or bought a vehicle in a few years.
