I know I saw one for archery on here awhile back but I normally hunt rifle/blackpowder.

I was wondering if anyone had set up a video rig that would not go drastically crazy when a shot is fired from a rifle but still follow the path of the hunters head or weapon.

I am considering trying to get some hunting video footage and am trying to figure out a way of doing this without a high end or extremely expensive rig or setup.

Any ideas?

I don't know if this is quite what you are looking for and I cant remember the name but there is a bracket that you can buy that you can screw into a tree and has an arm that extends out that you attach the video camera too. I will have to look and see if we still have the box so I can find out exact brand.
