Postal Inspectors may have a problem with that.
Just ship it ground, and not by air. FedEx is the easiest that I've dealt with on ammo.

Fedex had delivered ammo to my house in boxes marked Freedom Munitions to my house several times. No special markings or extra fee on the label.
Live ammo has to have the ORM-D label with cartridges, small arms.
The drama ends!
UPS store won't ship for individual; sent me to UPS Customer Center.
FedEx store won't ship for individual.
Local dealer wonders why in hell I'd pay him to ship it when UPS will ship it.

UPS Customer Center said they don't ship for individuals; sent me to UPS Store.
UPS Online Customer Service said UPS Customer Center full of crap (or something like that).
UPS Hazardous Material Center repeated full of crap comment.
UPS Customer Center, when faced with above info, said "Oops!".
It's pitiful when you try to do it the right way and then have to jump through hoops because of someone else's obstinance.
Anyway, just thought you'd like to know.

So did they finally ship it for you. No one will allow ammo on their airplanes and USPS ships a lot on planes, as do the others.
