Half of the doctors out there graduated in the bottom half of their class.
Half of the lawyers out there graduated in the bottom half of their class.
If I am of average intelligence (and there are times when I can honestly say I have questioned whether I am actually average, and not just the plain ol' village idiot myself) then half the people walking around in the world are dumber than me -- and THAT REALLY scares me.
These people drive cars.
And have kids. Usually a LOT of kids. (Ever see Idiocracy?? Yeah ... I swear that movie was NOT a comedy. It was a DOCUMENTARY!)Oh jeez ... I'm gonna have nightmares if I keep this up!
I once saw a presentation by Teena Hicks, who specializes in clothes for professional-type people (lawyers, etc) in OKC. She said she graduated from law school last in her class "because somebody has to make the upper 99% possible."
