The Looper holster above was $50. I don't have any experience with the Galco Pocket holster but I can highly recommend this one

One thing I do like about this holster so far is that the cylinder rides in line with the belt thus making all of the [belt] pressure across the middle of the gun holding it very tight and snug against [my] body. Higher riding is nice with some guns but with a snubbie if it is too high then the belt tension is only across the barrel and you have to really cinch the belt up extra tight to get the gun to pull in tight against your side.

This is only my experience and opinion, if you are built differently you may find otherwise.

I have a Kramer paddle holster for a K frame snubbie and really like it. It's the best OWB holster I own.
If I was in the market again I would try the Looper for the money.
