But, what if there is a dinosaur in the right lane? All these complaints sound like my wife's fifth grade students...
Just use common sense

Common sense means nothing to those lacking it. which is why you have drivers in the left lane going slower than the rightBut, what if there is a dinosaur in the right lane? All these complaints sound like my wife's fifth grade students...

I feel "safer" already...
It will be interesting to see which of us are the first to receive a ticket for this. I'm thinking the number will be small.
Of course it's a revenue scheme, otherwise they would have been enforcing this law years ago when they implemented it.So let me get this straight. You're *****ing that this is a revenue generation scheme (with no evidence I might add), yet you're *****ing that the state doesn't fix the roads (which takes revenue, which they don't have enough of)?

First, you don't have a single statistic to support this being a revenue generation scheme. You sound like the lefties crying "blood in the streets" after passing CCW laws. Just because you see no use in the law doesn't mean many others do. This law's most important benefit should be driver awareness, not revenue. I'm open to the possibility that it might wind up being misapplied, but we need to wait until the evidence of such presents itself. And no one is asking you to pull over just so someone can take your place in a line of traffic. The law isn't written that way and as above, you'll have justification to complain if it's misapplied.
