Just my 2 pennies but when you think it is time to start burrying your guns it is probably the time to start using them..................I heard this quote from someone and I liked it enough to put it to memory.

BUT if you are gonna burry that thing make sure it is in a patch of ground that will set off a metal detector and make someone else looking for it really work hard to find the thing. Fence rows, scrap piles, around houses, near metal in general.

What lube would you use to coat it with? Should you vacuum seal it or would that seal in condensation? Place in dessicants, how many etc? Ammo should be good in ammo cans with a good seal? Thoughts?

Step 1: Post about it on the Internet. Lol

my son has some friends that are burying ammo in sealed plastic containers. they might be doing guns next who knows...
