Here are the specs on what I've been loading for FMJ's...
147 grain FMJ -- 3.3 grains Titegroup -- AOL 1.12
124 grain FMJ -- 3.7 grains Titegroup -- AOL 1.12
115 grain FMJ -- 3.9 grains Titegroup -- AOL 1.12
I've never chrono'd these loads because they are nice and quiet. They are also very accurate. The 124's are what you guys shot after the proam at USSA.

So at 3.1 I'm guessing I won't clear the crono but at 3.2 or .3 @ 1.10 I should be fine....
Without running some over the chrono I don't know. Keep in mind that as you shorten the AOL the pressure and velocity will go up. It is critical to be mindfull of any changes that you make and how each one might affect the overall round.
3.3gr TG behind a 147FMJ must be the magic number.

I run 3.5 WST under the 147 J&K loaded at 1.110" OAL. Gives me an average of about 905FPS out of a 5" barrel.
3.4 to 3.6 is probably what your going to need to make PF.
I'm running the J&K 147gr hardcast bullet with 3.4 gr WST at 1.12 AOL... This load makes minor power factor with great accuracy and 100% reliabilty. Not nearly as smoky as the Titegroup loads with lead bullets.
