I wish I could take credit for it ... Depending on which history lesson you want to believe either Caligula or Tiberius and the original quote is "let them fear me as long as they obey me" or something like that ... I'm not good at taking prisoners. I like for people to like me, but it is not a requirement to keep me out of therapy for low self-esteem, and if they don't like me, well ... then ... I tend to just prefer a "scortched earth" policy. Much less drama that way!
