That's how it's started with me to. My dad would get me and my brother a knife every year. Its a tradition I plan on passing on to my kids too!

Me too. My grandpa and my dad would get me a knife for my Bday and for Christmas. I just passed it on. I went to the RK show and found my youngest a nice lever lock switch blade.
