Well got a 223 casing stuck in my neck sizing die today. Any advise on how I go about getting it out?

+1 on what Mac said and are you lubing the inside of your case . I skipped that part the first time trying to load rifle rounds and got lucky on about 4-5 cases and then the issue said hello!!

drill, Tap, bolt, washer and your finished. Stuck cases are easy to remove from dies. PITA as it takes away from reloading time. I've never had one but have removed stuck cases from several friends.

I wonder if you could double nut the top of the threaded shaft and twist it in deeper and get the case out.
I would spray some kind of oil down the shaft or somewhere into the die if you can.
