I like the lee hand primers, and have used them for years.

Beat me to it. Chromed pot metal and plastic, but they work very well. Within a couple of rounds, you can "feel" the sweet spot to get the primers just below level with the case. Mine is over 20 years old and has primed countless thousands of rifle and low volume pistol cases. Wore a thin spot in the clear plastic cover by sliding cases into the shellholder and caused a crack to form at one point. Lee sent a new one for free. Still works fine.

Another- Redding powder trickler. Heavy= stable and fairly easy to drop powder a stick or grain at a time.
