Just need a ZF41 and put a finish on the metal bits to make it look period. I'm thinking about changing the brake to something like a Cutts compensator on a FG 42

I must be in the minority here. I absolutely love my ar-15. But that turnbull monstrosity?!?!?!?!? They ( moss berg I think) makes a tactical version of a lever action too, with an AR adjustable stock, and picatinny rails. Neither one is pretty, or really "useful". AR's, FALs and G3's should be black ( or OD or FDE), lever guns and colt 1873 should have wood and be case color hardend, and garands and 1903's and m-14's should be wood stocked and parkerized. That turnbull looks like a shaved cat! Someone said a long time ago, just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
