On my last trip to AR, I was informed that it is illegal to shoot a snake in AR.

So you shot it and drug it across the state line into OK, right?

it was really messed up in about the middle guts hanging out could not crawl & yes i hit its head with a stick 2 times to finish it off , no dought it would have died.

there's no way it's illegal to shoot a snake anywhere in the central US, they're the main reason I keep a 20 gauge loaded and ready.
