Little more info, bought this pistol from a member here when I first joined. Let my daughter borrow it until I could find her something else and missed it every range trip. It is an 809 and runs perfect with any ammo I run in it. Finally found an appropriate pistol for my daughter to leave sitting on a night table forever LOL. Took it to Wilshire today and glad it is back home.

I like both of mine, although my TCP 738 is not pleasant to shoot I have never had a problem with it and in the summer I can pocket it and no one knows but me.

I have several, most of which run fine and are great bargains. I have 2 I've been meaning to send back for several years for repair. lol. One just has an extractor issue, no biggie, the other is a revolver with a mistimed cylinder. I no longer really "recommend" them to anyone, but I don't complain about mine, really.

Never owned a Taurus semi, owned a used Taurus mod 85 revolver and sold it. I kinda like the G2 PT111.

Quality control is their problem. The percentage of paper weights they ship out in pistol boxes is way to high for me to ever consider them as a serious option for defense.
