I have a Lem #22 big bite and just killed a steer yesterday.
I ground 4 gallons of cut meat and timed the grinder start to finish.
The meat was NOT frozen it was fresh out of the ice chest from overnight soak.

It took 6 minutes to do 4 gallons.

Ah yes, the ol' Lem #22.

Takes up a bit of space in the kitchen though... :D

I keep my #22 in the closet where the hot water tank and AC unit is .. pull it out of there when I need it.
Nice DR meat grinder Mac.
My wife said to get rid of me she would poison me and take my dead body to the lake or Arkansas river system in the boat and
send my body through a chipper like in your post.. chip me into the water.. clean the chipper really well and sell it at mary's flea market for really cheap. Done and Done.

9 lbs of chopped venison in 1 minute 45 seconds through my 1/2 hp Cabela’s Carnivore. Took my time but it would go as fast as you want really. Does a great job.
