I want to know what the gel they used was calibrated to. That seemed like a LONG way for that base "slug" to travel at 9mm velocities after the round displaced energy when getting rid of the "fingers". Then it still traveled all the way through that one block and bounced around outside it.
If they still did that in spec gel, then i don't think i'd want to carry them out in public, because if something happened and you did use your weapon and part of that round got loose and hit a bystander, you'd get cooked in court.
Now, home defense might be another story.
Dunno....i just have to wait and see more testing, etc.
