I’ve had a buck missing a side but it still has a stub, so it’s from fighting.
Yeah, I’ve got one of those and one that only grew a “sprig” due to pedicle damage (I assume).
On the subject of fighting and breaking stuff off, I saw fewer broken up racks this year for some reason. :anyone:

Most all of my big boys are still holding strong. I've had a few show up with one or both sides gone but all but one have been smaller bucks. Guess I shouldn't say "my" since my cameras are on public land

Now have bucks showing up in the daylight again. Had twice this many congregating at this feeder in mid-September. Come rifle season, I did not see a single buck or mature doe in the daylight while sitting on a feeder for two friggin weeks! This year I'm going to try a custom food plot (from the best) and a crossbow.
