How do you like the Z Traps? Do they have the plate welded on the inside trip lever like the Bridger T3’s?

I prefer my z traps over my dukes. They are push or pull trip.

I'm not sure what plate you're referring to. They work though, I wouldn't change a thing.

On some traps the maker will weld a ring on top of the trip lever, I think it makes coons either work harder to get to the biat thats below the trip lever or makes them think they’ve got a big hand full of bait when it’s actually part of the welded on ring.

I’ve been thinking about trying some Z Traps but haven’t heard much about them.

I have some Freedom Brand FB1’s they’re ok but I’ve been bait robbed so much, I don’t really care for them.

Z trap have a small crossways piece toward the end of the trigger arm.

Are birds or mice picking your bait out? What bait are you using?
