Tricks for loading 22 pistol mags???

I was trying out a Kadet 22 kit on a CZ 85 pistol, but I could not figure out a good way to load the mags. They do not have an external way to depress the spring. Is there some sort of trick I'm missing? A tool?

It's been awhile since I've loaded a Kadet mag but, it seems like you just hold the mag in your weak hand and press the rounds in with the strong hand thumb. Just like a mag for a center fire pistol.

Theres a guy on the CZ forum that takes Uplula or HKS mag loaders and files the depressor down to .22 size. They work great.
