Looking for someone who does the car wraps in the Tulsa area. And anyone who plasti dips wheels. Any info would be appreciated.

Not sure if this helps but you can plasti-dip your wheels yourself if you would like. Lowe's and Home Depot generally carry the black spray plasti-dip. I plasti-dipped my entire truck a few years ago without issue. FWIW

The wheels are a cake walk, I did mine in about an hour with out pulling them off. Wrap news paper behind the wheels to avoid getting it on the breaks, use playing cards wedged between the wheel and the tire and mask off what you don't want painted if any.
