Representative Mark McCullough, a lawyer from Tulsa, is going to introduce a bill that would put a bag limit on anthlered deer (bucks) at 1 per year. It appears he wants to take some of the authority from the Department of Wildlife and give it to the Legislature or the Department of Public Safety.

ON the left where it says "Measurement Numbers", type in HB2557 then click on "Retreive"
Click on "introduced" (at the top)
Look for section 5-401-D which is on page 18.
Read the rest of the bill. There are several things I object to especially the part about putting hunting/fishing info on the drivers license.
