Unusual cup liner in 9mm brass

Some speculation the reinforced area is for +P specs. I'd think the headstamp would reflect +P if that was the case. Also mentioned was the ring could be there to prevent bullet setback in sub guns. They are weighing out at ~65 grains. People are reloading them, but resizing is tough, I'd pass.
No hard data on these that I can find.

yep that's them... I have about 80 cases... any info about them... are they safe to reload.. will they size down properly... and what is the purpose of them having this extra liner...???

When in doubt, throw 'em out.

Honestly, 80 rounds is a drop in the ocean for 9mm, and it's just not worth the hassle.
