me and my wife are looking at leasing about 900 acre on the river. The land is typical river bottom land with about 1/3 of this land in crops (soybean right now). Looking at bringing in 3 other people. price will be $750 per person. Its a year round lease with a lot of deer a few tukey (not many) and good duck hunting opertunity (one of the bean fields holds water and its on an ox bow that hold birds)
