They don't check if you are FA in SA mode, they just listen for you running FA....

I've never had an issue there, nor have I ever seen any type of LEO or GW. We've bump fired many different rifles there as well as setting of tannerite. I have observed some stupidity there.
USSA is also great for FA.
yes you do have to have a hunting liscense to shoot there, no one is gonna check at the gate, but if the game warden shows up and you dont have it you may get a ticket
Which one should I have. I don't ever hunt... Not my deal, but I want to be legal.
