Dozens of woodies and geese at LST and nothing else.
Nothing on the strap.
Those ducks are tired of looking at my old nasty decoys I think, lol. We're ready for some new birds. I can only watch cormorants flying around for so long.

The greys have arrived at our place....we are sitting 2 birds short of a 3 man limit. Mixed bag of mallards and gadwalls

No that's ruddy ducks, never killed one either. Quite a few birds here too go hunt some if you get the chance.

This morning was slow.... interested to see what shows up tomorrow.

Boys scouted quite a few ponds (SW OK) Sunday afternoon, only found a few with birds they could get access to. Settled on one with just a few birds but made a plan to hunt it Monday morning. I told them good luck i wasnt going out in that weather...

Well at 7:15 my oldest called and said they were headed back, i thought they were tired of the wind, nope they had their three man limit already. They said it was horrible and awesome all at the same time. They think the strong winds just made the birds want to sit on the first bit of water they saw, they said they were just dropping out of the sky trying to get down.
