The physics of black cloud seem counter-productive to me. It's only 30% "black cloud" material, the rest is standard steel. It's heavier, which makes it travel slower, and it's odd shaped so it catches more wind drag, which makes it slower yet.
So on long shots of 40+ yards the 70% standard steel hits the bird well before the "black cloud" does, if it gets there at all. So the only real advantage is for more knock down power on close shots, but who needs more knock down power on close shots?
I would be much more convinced if the entire load was black cloud.

Not that I've ever purchased any of that high dollar stuff to check my theory...
